COMMERCIAL FACADE
GRANT 

The Commercial Facade Grant offers up to $10,000 as a matching reimbursement grant for exterior commercial facade improvements. Eligible projects include signage installation, painting and repairing, landscaping, door and window repair, and more. All properties must be located within the Traditional Neighborhoods URA and priority will be given to those within the Stevens Street Historic District and Fletcherville. Neighborhood residents and businesses are encouraged to apply for grants as a group to maximize neighborhood impact.

Home Improvement Assistance Grant

Eligible home owners can obtain up to $15,000 for health and safety improvements. These funds are stackable with other USDA and local foundation funds. 

Commercial Facade Grant

Open to all commercial businesses in the Traditional Neighborhoods URA, this grant provides up to $10,000 in matching funds for exterior facade improvements. 

Neighborhood Activities Grant

Provides up to $5,000 to neighborhood-based groups for enrichment projects that enhance sense of place and build community connections.

Other Assistance Programs

Individual assistance and group trainings are offered at free or reduced cost to residents of the Traditional Neighborhoods URA by COTC.
