As Thomasville's first Community Development Loan Fund, InvestTVL is designed to increase access to capital for economically disadvantaged communities. Through a partnership with ACT of Albany, the fund will apply to become a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to sustainably serve rural entrepreneurs.

SPARK Entrepreneurs' Micro Loans 

Open to underrepresented entrepreneurs who complete a SPARK cohort. Low-Interest Loans of up to $40,000 starting at 4%.

Accounting Help 

Spark Thomasville alumni are eligible for financial assistance for tax prep and accounting needs. Get yourself loan-ready by having your taxes filed and financials in order!

TCDC Neighborhood Developer's Loan

 Low-interest construction loans of up to $125,000 for developers building quality affordable homes in Thomasville's Traditional Neighborhood URA.
