Thomasville Community Development Corporation (TCDC) will proceed with the selection of a pool of contractors based on this RFQ&P. The formal award and execution of any contract is expressly contingent upon TCDC receiving the restoration of the previously awarded funding through the EPA Community Change Grant Program.
