Gideon Construction, LLC serves as the general contractor for the renovation of the Douglass School Senior Apartments located at 220 Alexander Street, Thomasville, GA 31792.


This project is covered under Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (24 CFR Part 135), which requires that employment, contracting, and subcontracting opportunities generated by the project be directed, to the greatest extent feasible, to low- and very low-income persons and businesses within the community.
