Construction Management At-Risk Services 

Community Resilience Hub at Douglass School 


The Thomasville Community Development Corporation (TCDC) invites qualified construction management firms to submit Statements of Qualifications and Pricing Proposals to provide Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) services for the Community Resilience Hub at the historic Douglass School site, located in the Dewey City neighborhood of Thomasville, Georgia.  The implementation of this project is dependent on receiving funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Community Change Grant Program and will serve as a vital center for community engagement, health equity, environmental justice, emergency preparedness, and workforce development. 


 This RFQ/P is dependent on receiving funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Community Change Grant Program.
